• Participation Certificates will be provided for all participants.
• Certificates for Winners,Runners and Overall trophy holders will be distributed individually.
• Overall Trophy will be awarded.
• Registration fee will be charged @Rs.200/- per participant.
• Participants are requested to confirm their participation before 28.02.2023.
• Participants are requested to confirm their accomodation before 25.02.2023.
• Students have to report before 9.00 a.m to follow proper flow of event.
• Welcome kit will be provided for all participants.
• Open to students of all branches and streams.
• There is no limitation on the number of entries from an institution.
• Based on the number of participants the event rounds will be varied.
• Participants who do not adhere to the rules and regulations will be disqualified at any phase of the event.
• Decision of the Judges and organizing committee will be treated  as final on all matters.
• Respective college ID card is mandatory for participating in the events.

• Lunch will be provided for all participants.
• Refreshments will be provided both  morning and evening.

Kongu Buses will be available at Perundurai bus stand from 8.00 a.m to 9.00 a.m on 03.03.2023.

Morning : 8.00 a.m to 9.00 a.m

Evening : 5.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m

Accommodation for Participants : 

Accommodation for both Male and Female Participants will be provided at Men's and Women's Hostel respectively.
